Overview: Japanese and French researchers from Institute of Industrial Science, the University of Tokyo, Ecole Normale Superieure, Ecole Polytechnique, and Aix-Marseille University held a collaborative research workshop on novel semiconductor cooling devices. A graduate student from ENS joined the research group as an intern. Two papers from the collaborative research have been pubished in Physical Review Applied.
